Elem Communications Limited is a communications agency with a difference. The unique thing about us is that we want to complement your existing people and resources, and build their expertise as we go along.

Specialising in change, communications and employee engagement, but with significant experience in external stakeholder communications with third-party stakeholders like customers and suppliers.

We focus on the outcome you are looking for and not just the output, and we build evaluation into every piece of work to ensure we don’t lose sight of the goal.

Elem Communications is run by Lisa Marshall, an accredited business communications professional with over 20 years of experience across many sectors including finance, energy, logistics and FMCG.
